Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Splitly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Splitly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Splitly
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
User Accounts and Payment
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
Splitly facilitates expense splitting but does not process payments directly. All payment transactions are handled by third-party payment providers.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Disclaimer
The information on this app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splitly excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.
Splitly shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Limitations
In no event shall Splitly or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use Splitly.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
